Change the heat output of the Friedrich PTAC to 3kW just by changing the standard power cord to the Friedrich 230V-20A Power Cord (PXPC23020).  The PXPC23020 power cord connects to the Friedrich PTAC as easily as plugging in a phone jack.  Power cord length is 6 feet with a 6-20P plug face.
