Return Process

  Request an RMA Number

  Log in to your account or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all returns.

  Pack Your Item

  Carefully pack the product in its original manufacturer's packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and parts to ensure a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outer shipping box and send the package to the return address provided by our support team via a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 7 to 10 business days.
