The General Aire 4200 is available with two different operating controls:
- General Aire 4200M: The bypass humidifier includes an MHX3C humidistat to install on your wall or the duct, with manual controls to adjust the humidity range.
- General Aire 4200A: This GFX5 Automatic Digital Humidistat controls the furnace blow motor and includes an easy-to-read LCD screen, an outdoor sensor, and accurate humidity readings. It can be installed directly on your wall or the duct, giving an extended humidity range from 10 percent to 75 percent.
Flexible Installation
Installation is easy and customizable with this General Aire bypass humidifier, allowing a contractor to install it on either the return or supply air plenum. The bypass panel can be reversed to point either to the left or right, which is a great convenience if you have a tight space on one side of your furnace.
